If you do not eat curcumin (turmeric) separately, add 1 tea spoon of curcumin to your mix. It will be very supportive to your liver against HBV.
Hello Kamranbey,
It would be better if you eat 2 hours before the meal when you are hungry.
I eat 1-2 hours before the breakfast.
Yes, it is very heavy food. I still have nausea after I eat it. And the nausea longs 30 mins to 1 hour. So what you feel is totally normal.
BTW, Happy New Year to you ALL!
Hi Safisifa,
I started using black cumin from two days, grinded and mixed with honey in a dessert spoon. I eat it after food two times, in the morning and in the evening. But I feel that my stumoch is very heavy. Is it normal in the start? I have very sensitive stumoch anyway.
What Medicine you take? Tnx Happy New Year
