Has anyone here had any surgery while on treatment?

I might need surgery for 2 herniated discs in my neck, so I'm curious as to how you dealt with any surgeries while being treated. Just want to hear some experiences.

Nobody has spoken to anyone. I am being treated "the rest of my life or until cured". There is no time frame. What if I had a broken leg? I'd surely need surgery for this. Sometimes, you can't put off surgeries. This one, thankfully, I can... so I'm still debating on whether it's needed or not and will be seeking 2nd and 3rd opinions.

Hi there, do you know how much longer you will be treating?  I don't know if it is a good idea or not, I hope others will come along and help you out.
I personally would not have surgery while treating but you and your doctor would have to weigh the risks vs the benefits.
Has the surgeon spoken to your doctor about this procedure?
Just a thought
