anyone know where can I get this test in Dubai ?

There is one Srl lab in healthcare city.they are telling they will do but need prescription.
But i dont know the rule of UAE.there may be chance of deportation.
Before going to any lab or doctor i want sure it is safe here in dubai to disclose my status to any hospital.
If u have any info then plz share so that every test i dont have rush to india.
My child is 3.8 yrs old.is it required any test now.

The National reference laboratory in Dubai said they do it , I have not tried to go there yet to confirm.
