I assume you are HBeAg negative.
HBVDNA of 14,391 iu/ml is considered high, however Fibroscan of 5.4 is good. Some guidelines will suggest you consider treatment, others suggest you may monitor (hbvdna < 20,000 iu/ml, ALT persistently normal). Discuss with your doctor.
