Hbv inactive carrier please explain why hbvdna undetected but high hbsag quant.

Diagnosed 22yrs ago as chronic hbv. 4 complete blood tests during first year showed me as an inactive carrier & they said I had possibly contracted 20yrs before that.
Annual tests since & my highest hbvdna level was in 2006 @ 500iu/ml. It is now 10 & has been for 3 yrs.
Latest results
Fibro scan 5.3kpa
Hbsag quantities 5000iu/ml. Hep b surface antibody 90. Total protein 70. Albumin 43. Alkaline phosphates 62. Total globulins 27.
Sodium 27. Potassium 4.8. Urea 5.7. GGT 18iu/ml.
I am concerned but my GP is not that my hbsag is 5000iu/ml  as this should be low as I am inactive carrier (not true) inactive.
Can you please reassure me about this & explain what is going on inside my liver & advise how to bring hbsag down & maybe to zero.
I have heard about Alinia but is this ok to use & how do I obtain it.
Please help I am not sleeping & when I do it's only a few hours with diazepam & sleeping tablets & I wake about 2/3 am & start googling again hence I may appear I know a lot about hbv.
Waiting for your reply & also a full explanation in terms I can understand.
My Dr. Said due to the length of time I have had the virus it is likely to not cause any liver problems & I will not develop liver cancer.
HELP!

Regards
Mrr

My gp says I have nothing to worry about.
More likely to get run over by a lorry.
My position is next best thing to not having hep b.
It is not active & just there so what is going on.
I am so scared of liver cancer I have 2 lovely grandkids
Why do you say risk of liver cancer but gp says very unlikely
So scared & confused
What do you know about cccdna & my hbsag level

unfortunately hbsag and hbvdna has nothing to share, hbvdna is just the replication while the extent of liver infection/immune balance is reflected by hbsag quant

some of our members tried alinia and it didn t work

hcc risk on hbeag negative, hbvdna low/und is high if hbsag>1000iu/ml, very low almost like those without infection when hbsag<1000iu/ml

to lower hbsag you can try peg mono or if hbvdna is elevated 5-10 years of tenofovir

to stay healthy check your vit d levels which are deficient on most hbvers, tests vitd25oh and intact pth are needed to know deficiency/sufficiency
