He tested positive on his hepatitis B screening

Here are his results
HbsAg w/ Titer Elisa       reactive
Anti-Hbs-eliza                 non-reactive
AbeAg                            non reactive
Anti Hbe                          reactive
Anti Hbc IgM                   non reactive
Anti Hbc IgG                   Reactive

I saw these test results was done five years ago and he didn't do anything about his hepatitis. What exactly does these result means? Is he contagious?

Listen to previous good advice and get yourself vaccinated.
Results indicate he has chronic hepatitis. To see whether he needs treatment, must do at least the followings:
1. measure viral load (hbvdna)
2. measure ALT and liver function
3. A Fibroscan

Chronic Hepatitis B is a serious disease, but can be treated and managed very successfully. See a experienced Hepatitis B doctor.
