There is no requirement or federal law that requires you to disclose your hep B
status. The only time you must disclose your status is if you put another person at risk through blood or body fluid. So the decision is a personal one that should not be made lightly. You cannot be fired because you have hepatitis B. On the other hand if you need ADA accomodations, you will not get them unless you do disclose the reason.
That being said, you do need to disclose your status with a sexual partner. Give them the opportunity to protect themself with a vaccine.
