Help interprete my result pls

I tested positive to Hep B last week.
Further test I did shows the following:

HEPATITIS B VIRUS  TEST                       RESULT     REFERENCE RANGE

HBEag                                                    Negative
HBEab                                                    Positive
Hepatitis B core IgM Ab                            Negative

Please interprete for me and advise.

My viral load is 144,000,000 and no one is helping me my liver is fibrodic and I do not understand what that means

You seem to be a chronic. You need further tests like AST/ALT and viral load done.

They tell whether you need treatment or not.
