Help please

And I have several questions: Is when a hepatitis B from inactive to active sensing human muscle aches and pains, especially in the feet?
And what causes inflammation of turning inert to active?
Is turning and Hepatitis B from inert to the active transformation means inflammation of the inflammation to c ?

i think about pains in muscle me too it happened to me when my heb b became active but also at that time i did a check of  vit d level wich was bellow normal range 17ui ,and when i take 3amples all pains go on ,i think she has to check her vitd level,also when heb b become active the level of vit d comedown
just opinion i am not a doc but i say just what happened to me
