i have bad results

Anti HBc (IgG) .070 (Positive)

SGPT ALT 29.1

Liver ultrasound normal size.

I was told by my doctor that there is no treatment for the disease. I am not feeling any symptoms, I can say that i am healthy. What had happened to my Hepatitis? I think it became worse based on the results? I was hoping to get rid of the virus for me to be able to go abroad. Is there any way i can get rid of it? My doctor also told me that my HB virus excerbates, it reaches a high point and then gets lower. I dont drink ever since i got the disease, although im not a heavy drinker as well.
After a year of having the virus, i never got sick or even feel sick. My doctor told me that my case is unique, after having the disease for more than a year my SGPT should be elevated.

Thanks very much for your concern.
