Help to understand the blood test results

I'm a HepB carrier for more than 10 years. I have received my latest blood test results and I want to know if anyone can tell me if the HepB DNA result is normal or not. Here are my results

HepB e antigen NEG
HepB virus DNA 173 IU?mL
SAFP 2 U/mL
SALT 24 IU/L
SGGT 22 IU/L
Total Bilirubin 4 umo/L
Alkaline phosphatase 37 IU/L
Albumin 46 g/L
Total Protein 80 g/L

you are now hbv cronic (chronic) carrier with low replication, no treatment necessary

if you have a chance to check hbsag quantity by abbott architect you might know if you are inactive carrier clearing the virus or just a cronic (chronic) carrier with low replication, truly inactives clearing hbv have hbsag<500iu/ml
