Helpp plss..... hepa interpretation

my bro had his test and the result for HBsAG was reactive titer=2.729 COV=.121 how bad is it?is this highly communicable? let me know pls im worried...

Not usually.  Mostly by blood and via sex.

If 3 times in 6 months or more, that means he has chronic Hep B.  He needs the liver panel test to know which of the 4 statuses his liver is in.

none but he was tested the usual test 3 times before the titer and  it really turned ot reactive
