It's your call, you can consult a doctor anytime. Anyway, normal people needs 2000 IU per day. Of course the best source of vitamin D is the sun, so get a lot of sun exposure in the morning.

Regarding on the vit. d3, it is in IU and not in mg. Study shows that most of hbv carriers has low level of vitamin d. The normal range is around (not really sure) 70-90 ng/ml, the test is called vit d 25oh. This is available in hi-precision lab.

I usually buy the vit d3 supplement in healthy options store, brand name are solgar, etc. There are a lot of stores selling vitamin d3 here not only in healthy options.

And regarding on the dose, it depends, there are a lot of forums here that discuss on recommended dose for vitamin d3. As for me, im taking 6000 IU per day.

injection and liposomal have about 99% of what you take reaching blood flow

so if you take 1000mg of injected or liposomal vit c about 1000mg will reach blood
if you take 1000mg normal vit c only 100mg will reach blood

if you try to take more normal vit c like 10.000mg or more to increase blood levels you get diarrea because most vit c will stay in the stomach

it is good to take 1000mg liposomal to lower oxidative stress but there is no effect on immune system response to hbv because it is blocked by hbv while you may prevent flu/colds

vitamin c is useless because it is not absorbed by stomach so very little will reach blood flow.only a maximum of 16% of what you take as normal vit c or hiprose vit c is absorbed

the only way to reach good blood levels is by injection vit c or by liposomal vit c

Di ko alam ang brand kasi di ko mabasa kasi nga Japanese characters pero nakalagay don vit C with Rose Hips pero aside from that may iba pang vitamis ako na ininom galing rin ng Japan

Nag take ako nyang vitamins na yan galing Japan na pinadala ng sis ko. Im already cured of Hepa but I dont know kung yang vitamins na yan ay nakatulong sa pag galing ko.
