Hep B and viral load

Hi friends

yesterday i visit my liver Specialist Dr and he told me my Viral load its 8669 for my hep b...

and they did fibroscane and everything was okay
all my blood test was good
my ALT/AST was also good

when i asked my Dr should i take any medication he told me no because my viral load its not high im kinda nervous maybe it will be to late later on to take any medication ??

about 3montsh ago when they did ultrasound in paper shows : 7mm echogenic lesion in the posterior segment of the right side liver. this is non-specific, but statistically most likely a bengin hemangioma..... i need to do one more ultrasound by feb 9 to double check this one..

im doing blood test every end of month and for last 3 months so far my blood liver enzamia was good

i would appreciated  it if someone can msg me and let me know what you think about my situation

according to my Dr i have hep b for while.. :(

That's why I ask my specialist dr

Should I start take any medication
He said no because it's not hight viral load


Honestly I'm worried but I think I should trust him

He's on of the top specialist in Vancouver Canada ...

I need to do one more ultrasound next month and see what's result I get ..

blood tests are useless if you dont check fibroscan you dont know how your liver is.in case firboscan is more than 7kpa and your hbv genotype is C or D you better start tdf, on the contrary you can just monitor if you go in the ranges that need treatment

be sure to take vit d3 10.000iu daily and drink more than 3 cups of coffee, this will lower hcc risk by 50%

Every end of month I'm doing blood test for Liver enzamia and so far is k

Honestly I don't know about if I'm hbeag + or -

All my specialist told me right now I don't need to take any medication

And my viral load 8669 I don't know how they can tell if is high or not...

I pray to god gonna be cure for hep b soon so we all be okay

you should see if you are hbeag + or hbeag -.

if you are hbeag - with a viral load higher than 2000 iu/ml then and alt 1.5 to 2x's the upper limit of normal you will qualify for treatment. The choice is yours if you want it. Dont be in a hurry to jump into treatment, NAPS do have their effects.

I have haemangioma, found on MRI.

If you are male and your ALT is no higher than 30 than you don't need treatment as per guidelines.
