I live in west Africa where hepatitis B is quite common. After a few drinks, I kissed a complete stranger last night (with tongue) and she gave me a blowjob (unprotected). Assuming she's positive, can I contract hep B from her?

Hi, hepatitis b is mainly transmitted through blood to blood contact with infected individuals. It could also be translitted throguh unprotected sex as well as oral sex. The only way for you to find out is to take a simple hep.b test which doesn't cost much. In case you have not done it yet, there is also a vaccine against hepb available that would protect you for life.
