Hep B lab results need help interpreting



Need help with these results what does it all mean other then I am +?

My lab results state that I am Hep B surface antigen positive. Antibodies non reactive, Hep BeAG antigen non reactive, and antibody non reactive.

Alpha Fetoprotein Serum 14.5
AST-SGOT   58
ALT-SGPT   119

Anti-HBs non reactive

Hepatitis B virus DNA UltraQuant PCR    5360000              <500   copies/m
