Hep-B result confusion.....

One of my friend had done his Hepatitis test and the results came as follows:

HBsAg - Negative
Anti-HBs - Negative
Anti-HBe - Positive
HBeAg - Negative
Anti-HBc - Positive

What does this mean? does he have Hep-B? He has to submit these results for his company recruitment and he is worried now. Any suggestions would be very thankful.

1.  He does not have Hep B.

2.  He should be vaccinated to be immune.
