Hep B vaccination

i've had two doses of the hep B vacination before i went to a country where HEP B is more prevalent ( ghana) and did not have enough time to have the last dose since last dose is at month 6 so nurse only gave me two doses before i went

would two doses provide enough protection? and does the accelerated hep b COURSE( three doses)  provide the same protection as two doses on the normal schedule

The answer to your question is yes.

I don't know anything about the "accelerated hep B course" so I can't comment on that.    

Why are so you worried about Hep B?  (its pretty hard to get infected with it).

i was just worried cos i went to do some charity work - teaching younger children in schools and on one of the days i was the children hands etc and when i was going back i realised i had a small cut on my finger which i didnt notice when i was there, just worried since they might have had saliva, but theres was no blood from what i can remember

i think i was being bit paranoid hahah but i had two doses before i went which the nurse assured me would be ok.

BTW do you know how much protection is provided after the second dose of HEP B vacinnation
