Hi this Am,i have detected Hep B before 3 years back ,right i perfectly fit,but how many years a person can live with Hep B ,plz help me on this.I am Married.

also chec that all people in contact with you is vaccinated and free of hbv, since you are in india fibroscan is not available so the only way to check liver damage is continuos blood check of alt every 3 months to be sure thay are always normal or biopsy
the other important check is ultrasound every 6 months to detect liver cancer if it ever develops in time to treat it
again most do not develop any damage from hbv but monitoring is very important because the few who does need to take antivirals (interferon, tenofovir, nitazoxanide, no other drugs are safe on hbv)

hbv makes no synthoms or damage if you feel synthoms you are in liver failure and possible close to death so while cronic hbv makes usually no damge on most on some it makes liver cirrhosis and cancer which are deadly, so you have to monitor by fibroscan, ultrasound and blood tests to know if you are ok or severely sick
also be aware that also cirrhosis and liver cancer have no synthoms until it is too late, so do monitor so that you are sure you are in that little percentage who develops damage
