Hep B

Anti-HBc  IgG  and Anti-HBC IgM both reactive.
Anyone have some ideas on why both reactive?

HBV DNA >110 000 000 IU/ml
SGOT/ AST    27 u/L
SGPT  69 u/L

Indirect Bilirubin 3.3
Total Bilirunin 3.90
Albumin 43
Direct Bilirubon .60
