Hep b and fatty hep

Hi all,

Finally, I had my Fibroscan, 12.6 Kpa, cirrhosis. And liver specialist told me I also have fatty liver. I am going to start making my personal plan for treatment including Heptech products, diet, little bit exercise. I am already on entecavir. Any suggestion to my plan (diet, supplements, exercise). All commends welcome!

Thank you,

i also had fatty liver but that s pretty easy to cure, see here, supplements are almost the same as for cirrhosis except bitter melon
attention to bitter melon quantities some poor studies indicate it can be toxic to liver if overdosed, maybe better skip it until fibroscan improves

http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Hepatitis-B/update-on-my-fatty-liver/show/1500346

also keep in mind that fibroscan measures: fibrosis+inflammation+fatty liver so the quantity of fibrosis maybe less than 12.6kpa and uless Ultrasound detects a liver full of nodules the cirrhosis might be even very early

while if US can see nodules on all liver surface and abnormal shape of the organ then we have advanced cirrhosis, this will make no difference to reversibility, it will be reversible anyway although takes years of antivirals, diet and supplements
