HepB Issues

Are there particular foods to avoid as a HepB carrier and is it right to continue to eat meat?I have stopped smoking and drinking for a while now and I like to know if a glass of wine now and then has adverse effect on my liver?

only grass fed animals, grass fed meat is very healthy.it is grains fed meat which is very unhealthy
