It is an interesting concept though.
Some people might not build antibodies at all. Some people might experience “allergic reactions”…Therefore there is a standard procedure for HB vaccination.

If you will introduce HB vaccine via the main stream you have next disadvantaged:
1. There will be no localization …Can you create stable immune response?
2. If you are “allergic” or …possibility of uncontrollable reaction + other health problems …?
