Hepatitis B - Diagnosis? URGENT!

I have visited two doctors already, and both couldn't give me an exact diagnosis about me.
Here're my Lab results:

Hep A -.......................................................Non Reactive
Hep B Core Ab (HBcAb)  IgM ..........Reactive
Hepatitis B Surface Ag (HBsAg).... Non Reactive
Hep C -........................................................NonReactive
Hepatitis Bs AB Quantitative... 176.54

I got these test done because after I donated blood, I got a letter saying that I tested positive in the Anti-HBc total (hepatitis B core). Also, I don't understand why apparently I have Hep B because I got my 3 shots vaccine when I was a kid. I'm really worried. I can't sleep thinking about this. It's been quite a trouble trying to find a doctor that specializes in this. Also, I don't know if I have symptoms because normal me is always tired (college life) and for I have been having gastro problems for while, I guess this is because of an inguinal hernia that I have.

The two doctors I have visited, they were general doctors and didn't have enough knowledge to tell me what I have. They also told me, that Hep B doesn't have a cure, and that I will carry this for the rest of my life. Based on everything I have read online, this is not TRUE! I'm frustrated and desperate.

PLEASE HELP!

As flyinsky said you don't have Hepatitis B as your lab report did not show HBsAg positive. Also you have a high titre of HBsAb that means you have protective immunity against Hepatitis B.
It is bit of a mystery why your HBcAb(Igm) is positive,(HBcAb(total) measures both HBcAb(Igg) + HBcAb(Igm), therefore HBcAb(igm) positive would mean HBcAb(total) being positive too), as HBCAb(Igm) is only transiently positive during acute Hepatitis B infection.
Not being an expert, I would suggest you check your HBcAb(total) again in a few months time to see whether you were ever infected by HBV and had recovered.

You are negative for hep b and immunized wich is shown by your hbsab.also total reactive means you were infected and cured font worry.may be the lab accept just those who were immunized by vaccin only .I mean they have never been in contact with hbsag
