Hepatitis B Carrier - advice needed

Hello,

I did blood tests for hepatitis-b about two years ago, they told me I am hepatitis-b carrier. I do regular checks every six months, but they have not given me any medication. I was told by one of the nurses I will never recover from it. I am so stressed out, I think about it day and night. Do I need to worry about it? When will I recover from it? Also can I go gym 2-3 times a week to build up? Can I take food supplements?

I work in an office, so I am sitting all day. I have about 7-8 hours sleep every night.

I am kind of light headed most of the times and feel dizzy I don't know if this is related to Hep_B. I personally think it is because of stress. I joined gym recently, I thought this would help.

I would really appreciate any reply.

Thank you,

Thanks for replying,

I read the link you provided, my main question is can I exercise and try to build muscles if I have hepatitis B?

My test results says that I am "inactive carrier". I also did ultrasound test and the result was clear, I did not have any problem. If you require more info please let me know.

yes you can do anything but avoid alcool, do not use unhealthy supplements to build muscles, do not eat extra proteins or fat or meat

My test results says that I am "inactive carrier".

what s your hbsag quant in iu/ml and your hbvdna quant in iu/ml?inactive carriers have hbsag less than 500iu/ml or at least less than 1500iu/ml, i bet they didn t check this and only checked hbvdna alone which cannot confirm inactive carrier

ultrasound test and the result was clear,

ultrasound can only see cancer, it cannot detect any liver damage/fibrosis, it can only see a destroyed liver when it is too late and you are very advanced cirrhosis, at that stage you can feel the stiff liver even by hands

to know you are perfectly healthy as close as possible to 100%
fibroscan, the only tool to measure liver damage/fibrosis (biopsy can see that too but too invasive)
hbsag quant in iu/ml
hbvdna in iu/ml

Thank you for the detailed explanation.
The following tests were done about a year ago:
HBsAg    positive
HBeAg    negative
HBeAb    "positive with a low DNA at 4.13 IU/ml"

I repeated HBsAg in a separate lab about 9 months ago and it shows positive (230).

I visited the clinic again about 3 months ago and this is the result:

"Your AST is 35 IU/ml and ALT is 30 IU/ml and your alpha-feto protein is 3 kIU/ml. your HBV DNA are 2.25 E3 IU/Ml"
This test included Liver Profile: Every thing looks within the range except:
Bilirubin (Total)    30    H     [3-20 umol/L]

Would you be able to tell me how serious is my condition based on the above? Any advice/guidance would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks

to see if you are extactly inactive:

I repeated HBsAg in a separate lab about 9 months ago and it shows positive (230).

what is 230, a number without a unit is meaningless, check if the unit is iu/ml if not the test is useless.aboot architect is the main test used for hbsag quant in iu/ml

alt right on the borderline

hbvdna a little higher than borderline for inactive carrier but if also hbsag is confirmed less than 500iu/ml then it is ok
DNA are 2.25 E3 IU/Ml" = 2250iu/ml

I am afraid the hbsag result does not have any units written with it. One more question:
Most of the times I feel tired and have fatigue. I feel dizzy at times specially when I stand up suddenly. Do think it has anything to do with hep-B or it could be something else? What can i do tol overcome this?

Thanks in advance
