Hepatitis B Carrier: My latest Result.

Hi ..
Please Give your opinion and evaluation of my case:

ALT: 42
AST: 41
HBVDNA (PCR): 2804 iu/ml
Fibroscan: 6.3 kpa
vit d3: 23 ng/ml (i started to take 5000 iu daily of vit d3 since 3 weeks)

unfortunately, hepatitistechnologies products can not be delivered to Saudi Arabia, they reject to ship to Saudi Arabia!! ..

do i need to start baraclude 0.5 mg daily as doctor recommend this to me?

is there any products can regress fibrosis other than heptec products, like; milk thistle, curcum, vitamin d3?

your advise ..

you just need to prevent, vit d3, coffee and milk thistle should be able to prevent fibrosis according to studies, check older posts

age 39, it d be useful to check HCC risk according to genotype, if genotype is D and precore and bcp are not present you dont need to treat now and can wait for real cures

if you have a chance to send blood samples to indian labs or to travel to europe check hbsag, it is very very important and then intf+myrcludes may be the closest hbv cure in 2013 or 2014 in russia

Thank you Stef ..

My HBeAg .. is negative ..

HBsAg quantitative in iu/ml .. is not available in Saudi Arabia  although i have looked for it everywhere .. even technicians working in labs don't hear about it!! ..

my age is 39 ..

i take one capsule milk thistle daily .. sometimes with one capsule of curcum .. do you think it is helpful to regress fibrosis if it exists?

first of all you have no fibrosis or even if so not relevant and less than avearage adults, so no antiviral is needed

hbvdna is low and ast/alt low too

improve your diet with vit d and the rest for liver and all other diseases, if you get hbsag quant we may see if intf have chances to clear hbv,

also what is genotype and hbeag?

antivirals are really not a good suggestion in your case, you d get just sides and money rip from it
