Hepatitis B Carrier

I am married to a Hepatitis B carrier and now pregnant.  I have taken blood test and found out i negative.  But now i am worried is my child going to get hepatitis b?  I understand that baby born to a negative hepatitis b carrier and if the baby get vaccinenated immediately after birth so the child won't get it, but now i am confused because i know the virus infected from blood...... the child have the same blood as the hepatitis b carrier????? How to explain this!  I also found out that 3 out of 5 the male family members of my husband is carrier of hepatitis b and 2 of them passaway with chronic lever cancer and now one is undergo treatment for the same cases.  We have done blood test to see the level of hepatitis b status but still not sure is that enough because the doctor told us not to worry theres nothing to worry about, the result is ok.
