Yes, according to stef, and with PEG IFN.
So the hbsag quantitative 1500iu/ml is the threshold value that we have chance to clear hbsag?
Thanks for your reply, can you please tell me that which test i further need to verify my medical record ? Is it hbsag quantitative ?
Is there any difference in HBV surface Antigen and hbsag quantitative, because i think that both the test are same, please guide me with your experience..
Kind Regards,
Misbah
your hbv is not detactable in blood but it is of course detactable inside the liver because hbsag is still positive.to know if you have really cleared hbv you dont have to make hbv pcr but hbsag quantitative, if it is lower than 1500iu/ml you can definitely clear by pegintf

well that's a relief thanks : )
well i am not married yet :) but if she never had Hep B and she do take vaccine shots full course and if we do have sex with out protection so will she be infected or not ? cause what if i want to have kids :(
check hbsag and hbsab to know if your wife had already hbv
if hbsab is und and hbsag negative she didn t have it and needs hbv vaccine to be fully protected.do check hbsab level after vaccine because about 5% doesn t respond
okay thanks for answering but u didnt answer my question about getting married if my wife takes 3 shots of vaccine will she still be in danger ? if we have sex with out protection?
hbvdna undetactable
it means nothing, i had it most of my life with normal alt but i got cirrhosis.it just means you have no liver damage now so the virus can live and replicate longer....infction or virus replication at low levels or by cccdna has nothing to do with hbvdna und
HEP.B.SURFACE ANTIGEN
