My HbsAg i got positive at year 2005 first time..
Now still its is positive.
Hepatitis B Virus (hbv) Dna Qualitative Pcr 1000 coipes/ml in plasma
and Elisa sample OD 2.235 positive
and SGPT 30 U/L..

so how could i go forward to take treatment for this cure..is now necessary to do lever biopsy??

positive or negative is useless, you need quantity to know how infection is.check with abbott architect in iu/ml

low values but this doesn t say anything on your liver damage, fibroscan is needed

so how could i go forward to take treatment for this cure..
what cure, hbv has no cure, only liver damage has a cure but you need to check if you have liver damage before thinking about a cure

hbsag quantity can confirm if you have chances to clear virus by interferon, 1500iu/ml of hbsag has highest chances on interferon combos
