Hepatitis B antigen positive, hepatitis B e antibody -ve, DNA negative

I have been diagnosed as a hepatitis B carrier for the last 10 years. My liver function tests have always been normal. I am hepatitis B e antibody positive and DNA negative. I have been told I am a healthy carrier.

1. Am I still infectious?
2. Are my risks for hepatoma still increased? If so, is the risk lower when compared with a DNA positive carrier?
3. I was told that Hepatitis B e antibody levels may drop. Is it possible for me to be tested Hep B e antigen positive and Hep B e antibody negative in the future?
4. What are the chances of me becoming DNA positive? Are there any known precipitants?

Thank you for answering my questions.
