Hepatitis B blood work results???

Hello! So the last two years I have had routine blood work done (by labcorp) and I am looking at the results right now and something freaked me out. I cannot get ahold of my doctor so I am posting here to see if anyone can explain this.

Upon looking at my results sheet, there is one part that says "Hep B Surface Ab"
that is the only thing it says.

In 2012, under Hep B Surface Ab, it had the number 3.81. This was listed under the high column (should be 0-.99)
Now in 2013, under the same Hep B Surface Ab section, it had the number 4.4, but this was list under the "normal" column

my doctor has always said I was healthy and never really mentioned any of this to me. but I am confused. does this mean I have hepatitis? what do these numbers mean? through all my internet research it seems there should have been additional tests and results should be something like negative or immune and not a number...
can someone explain? thank you very much

you are immune to hep b as report says, but antibody level is low 4.4 . if units are correct, please TAKE A BOOSTER DOSE OF HEP B VACCINE to get value above 10, which is currently considered as protective against hep b. please take eye on units as stephen pointed.

Well, the second line of your report did say HBsAg screen negative. Now, can you remember whether you had vaccination against HBV when you were born or as a toddler? If not, then you may care to test your HBcAb next time.

Hep B Surface Ab means antibody to the Hep B Surface antigen. A positive/reactive value does not mean you are infected with Hep B. Its value can also be expressed quantitatively as a number in mIu/ml. A value greater than 10 usually means you have protective immunity against Hep B. HOWEVER, all these interpretations depend on whether your Hep B AG is positive or negative. So please check your report for the result of your Hep B AG.
