Hepatitis B lab result, please help !

My lab result :
HBsAg : negative
anti-HBc : positive
anti-HBs : positive

please, explain for me. I am very concerned !!!

does that mean I had exposed to the virus and it went away ? Does I have to retake the test to make sure that I am ok ?
will it return in the future ? does that mean my liver will be easily get injury in the future before I had immune to the virus ?
