Since your HBsAg is positive and you have a viral count in the millions, you have Hepatitis B.  

Your SGOT and SGPT looks to be in range, so it could be that you are in the immunotolerant phase, where your immune system is ignoring the virus and the virus is replicates but not doing much damage.  

You should talk to your doctor, discuss, and monitor your HepB infection.  Good luck.
