Hepatitis B results

Hi everyone. Can somebody help me or explain my laboratory results. Here's the story, I was just recently undergone Hbsag screening last April, my result was non-reactive. So I was advised to have Anti Hep B vaccine. Which I did.
-first dose of vaccine was last May 5,2016
-Second dose of vaccine was last July 14, 2016.

But I was shocked when I got this results during medical.

hBsAg:
Result: 38.83 Reactive
Units: s/CO
Ref. Range: >=1.0


Anti HBS:
Result: 0.97 non-reactive
Units: mIU/ml
Ref range: >=10.0

Anti-HBc IgG:
Result: 10.37 Reactive
Units: s/CO
Ref range: >=1.0

HbeAg:
Result: 0.42 non-reactive
Units: s/CO
Ref range: >=1.0

Anti HBE:
Result: 0.01 Reactive
Units: s/CO
Ref range: =1.0

Anti HCV:
Result: 0.06 nonreactive
Units: s/CO
Ref range: >=1.0

HBV DNA Taqman:
<20 IU/mL
<116 copies/mL

Liver ultrasound:
Normal

SGPT/ALT:
Range: <55 U/L
Result: 11

It is certainly very frustrating to get conflicting reports. I suggest you may like to re-test your HBsAg again. Labs can make mistakes and you may be given the wrong report.
Looking at the report, it is consistent with someone who has chronic Hepatitis B, but with very low viral load and normal ALT, and therefore most likely in an inactive phase.
The positive results for HBcAb(IGG) and HBeAb cannot be caused by HBV vaccination.
