Hepatitis B test results

Please i was tested possitive of hepatitis b, and a further test results are as follows:
HBcAb......... ** Positive
HBc IgM.......  Negative
HBsAg..........  Positive
HBSAG  value.....1889.00 IU/ML
HBsAb........... Postive
HBSAB value ........ 11.00 mIU/mL
HBeAg ............. Negative
HBeAb............ ** Positive
And as per the test report, the liver function is normal.
HBV DNA copies ........... 623 cp/mL
HB virus DNA ........ 107 IU/mL
Please kindly tell me something about my result, the possible outcome

My doctor prescribed ''Liv 52''  and ''Folic acid''

It can not be acute since since both hbsag and hbsab positive.

Could be recovery from CHB, but with that high hbsag it is hardly possible. Better to retest.

Looks like an acute infection and I am sure your Dr would monitor you every 3 to 6 months.
