Hepatitis B +ve can never be a negative

Hepatitis B +ve can never be a negative

HI,

Recently i infected with Hepatitis B.

My results are
HbasAG +ve
Hbs antibody +ve
Hbs AntiGen -ve

as i have antibodies in me, i am fine. My doctor told dont worry you are immune..and do get married but vaccinate your partner.

My question is Will i never be HbsAG -ve again. Will i carry this virus for entire life. or i will get rid of this virus after sometime.

Thanks,
KIin

--HBsAG and HBsAB both positive mean a temp stage.  Have followup tests.  Hope you have the good end  result.

if hbsag doesn t get negative by 6-12 onths or you made quantity test and see it is decreasing you have mutated hbsag and cronic (chronic) hbv as all others

steven NY has this muated form of hbv and hbsab antibodies are useless if hbsag stay.

do monitor your status because if hbsag is still pos in such a long time and hbvdna detec alt>30 the disease is still there making damage.

almost no doctors know this form and there is very little info on the internet, there is a post of mine somewhere about articles on persistent hbsag pos and hbsab pos and also hbeag pos hbeab pos for another member, i am not sure if i remember correct but this cronic (chronic) form is more aggresive (aggressive)/hcc related

Don't think so.  But things that strengthen your immune system might help.

you can make 3 hbsag quantity test one per month, if hbsag is steady/increase it is the mutated hbsag, if decreases even if slowly it is not

check also hbvdna and fibrosis by fibroscan so you know also if you have liver damage or not

i'd not make any therapy if hbsag is decreasing on the contrary i'd try nitazoxanide+interferon, these mutated forms are weaker on interferon,

i'd consider etv+tdf mono or combo only in case of severe liver damage

My GS said its natural recovery, I did not take any vaccination earlier. My age is 27.

I went for hbvDNA test also and liver function test too. Bothe results looks good. No problem in LFT and HBVDNA is negative.

My question is can I become hepatitis b –ve again or will I carry this hepatitis b +ve for my entire life.

Below are test results

Antibody
Test value<0.40
Cut off value = 0.40
hepatitis B antigen
test value = 0.01
cut off value = 0.10

can you please tell me if I can take any drugs to recover faster.

Give me any sort of suggestion to cure this hepatitis b +ve result too.

--In an acute case, the clear chance is 95%.

--Hard.

--Then your HBsAB needs be +.
