what are causes of false positive Hep BsAg. First screening test for HBsAg was positive.Second screening test after 2 weeks is negative.What are the possibilities.

False positive is rare., however mistakes are possible: human error, faulty test reagents etc. In your case, you need to repeat your test, preferably at another laboratory.

If it is due to reagents,will confirmatory test on  the same sample be negative?

Don't know. I would test again with a fresh draw at another laboratory.
