Hepatitis B
My HBsAg result is Reactive with patient value 5463.37 one day ago. While A.L.T=26 & A.S.T=17 in my LFT.

Is it high value of infection and dangerous. Also please note that in 2007 my Hepatitis B virus by PCR was Negative.

You must state the unit for your HBsAg result. Every lab in the world reports their results differently depending on the test kits they use. Some tests may be qualitative and the numbers are not useful, other tests are quantitative, but must have a unit, e.g., copies/ml or iu/ml.

You should check your viral load, hbvdna  every year, 2007 is a long time ago.
