My Question is about if a person has or doesnt have hep b. My question is when a person has hep b for those who have symptons can those be severe? Can a person who is hep b + have horrible aches and pains through out there body, severe pain in the liver or mild aches and pains and mild pain in there liver region? I am just trying to know how severe the symptons can be.

With acute Hep B the symptoms can be severe and life threatening.  Or mild.

Some people with Hep B have no symptom at all and lead a normal life like the rest of mankind.
