Hepatitis b vaccine effectiveness?

Hi i'm an 18 year old male and i've just moved in with my dad. He's notified me that he has been diagnosed with chronic hepatitis b. I went and got a test to check my immunity, and i've been shown to have a high antibody level, my doctor said this means it's impossible for me to catch it. I'll be honest i do have a tendency to be a bit of a hypochondriac. My question is, is it actually completely impossible for me to catch it, considering i have had the three vaccines and have a high antibody?

i am sure you have zero risk. my bf has good level of antibody and had sex with me without protection for years and he is still didnt get it, just to give you idea of how risky you can be. also my father did not get vaccination for 10 years since my mother discovered her chronic hbv but my father was fine. but now hes getting old and immune might go down so he got vaccination after 10 years. dont worry and live normal with your dad.
