My HbsAg is positive i.e. 208 and ALT is 68 these days. It was 412 in 2003. HBeAg is negative and Anti HBeAg is reactive. What these results show? What further test I need? Which treatment will be suitable for me?

You need a lot more follow up before you can determine if or what kind of treatment is needed.
In 2003 were you e-antigen negative?
68 is still elevated. Do you drink alcohol or take medications?

You could be an HBe- CHB. Whether to treat or not and how to treat depend on other test readings. Do you have a doctor follow you?
