Hepitutus B immunity masked by emergency shot

My boyfriend has Chronic Hepatitis B, I had the first vaccination along with a shot of emergency haemoglobin in March. My second vaccine in April and my third in May. the doctors used the accelerated route rather than spacing the three vaccinations out due to me being exposed to a chronic carrier. I had a blood test mid July, and my immunity came to over 1000. I am just wondering is the emergency Haemoglobin making my immunity so high and when that wears off may my immunity be lower, also do I need a booster in 6 months or 1 year

Many thanks

first of all its immunoglobulin not haemoglobin. People develop immunity variably to the vaccination. Some may develop a mild some moderate and some even high antibodies like u. Its not a matter of concern developing high antibody titre rather a low level which would be a matter of concern instead.
U should take the booster at its time. Booster helps immune system to maintain immune levels and thus act as a reminder against the antigen.
Taking immunoglobulins might be a reason to develop high antibodies but can't be said with surity as they themselves are preformed antibodies which persist for a short span. Passive immunisation(immunoglobulins) dont last long but ur regular vaccination will last life long.
