cirrhosis and hcc are really a minority and develop when old 40-50yo after a life of infection
hcc and life expectancy are extremely high anyway and out of therapy
if inactive same as population but probably even better because people thinking they are healthy eat junk food.fibroscan on population is over 6kpa usually due to junk/processed foods
genotype D
hbsag less than 1000iu/ml
hbvdna less than 2000iu/ml
fibroscan less than 6kpa
alt less than 30 men 19 women
genotype A
hbsag less than 400iu/ml
all the rest the same
genotype B and C
hbsag 100-300iu/ml
all the rest the same
Your questions are too general. If you read the literature, they said roughly 30% of chronic Hepatitis B patients will develop cirrhosis and HCC. The statistics you ask for are very difficult to calculate.
If you are inactive (very low or undetectable hbvdna, normal ALT) then there is no treatment at the moment because you have already achieved the goal of treatments.
If you are active, then you can be treated very effectively with little progression of liver diseases.
There are too many things to worry about these days, you can be run over by a bus or have a heart attack after winning the lottery.
