I'm not sure. It does make sense though. If the antiviral is killing off Hep B its taking out some liver cells with it. Could also be stirring up a heightened immune response. 87 is not really alarming for one test. Ask your doc.

If your DNA is decreasing and can reach UND 6 months from start of baracrude, the treatment is effective.
