I would try to stop drinking altogether as it is already known alcohol does not do one iota good to your liver, only hurts it.

hepatitis b surface antigen level detected by eia = You have HBV
hepatitis b core antibody level detected by eia = You were exposed to HBV previously.

As stevenNYer advised, learn the basics  and you will know how to better take care of yourself.

Best.

If you were told that you were a HepB carrier 13 years ago and currently is positive for the hepatitis b surface antigen, it would confirm that you have a chronic HepB infection.

Go to our HepB Introduction & Welcome Page to learn the basics.  Then come back when you have specific questions.  It's hard to answer general questions, like "what is all this mean?" because HepB is very complex.  You need to grasp the basic first.

1st thing you need to do - Get Hepatologist to do a full liver blood test which include yr Hep B DNA VL & e antigen status to know more about your Hep B status before talking about treatment.

>>>If the result come out i'm still carrier what is posible happen to me

You need to have your doctor monitor your liver.

>>>one man he taking milk thistle for 6 months than he clear the virus. It is posible?

Unlikely.

Hope this helps.
