How likely is my sister suffer from Hepatitis B ?

Though it is said that hepatitis B is not transfered through water, I still have some confusion about it.In my family almost all the members have completed all shots of Hepatitis b except my sister- in-law.I always use boiled water for drinking and don't allow others to use water used by me.But my sister-in-law used that water for drinking in my absence. The problem is that on very particular day while drinking water i used the glass which was already used by me completely dipping in the water   and on the same day my sister-in-law had used the water. Though doctors says that there is less chance others to be suffered from Hepatitis B, I still have doubts. My DNA count is 52 UI/Ml done in September 03 2017 which was 37 Ui/ml done in March 2012.
