How often.... Vitamin D test?

How often should one check the  vitamin D levels?  I have been taking 10000 IU caps, the  level had risen from 19ng/ml to 68ng/ml in 6 months, stopped taking the  capsule for a month. I will be starting the dosage again in couple of days.

I am on entecavir 0.5mg for 1 year 4 months now

2 times a year and never stop taking it, just lower dose if you go high levels like beyond 100ng/ml

Since i started taking them had two times test in two years. Have you checked your Hbsag quant since you ever started taking barculade ?

Yes i did
Prior to taking entecavir HBsAg coint was 1666iu/ml, 6 months after entecavir it went up to 2570 iu/ml.... Havent checked recently.... Will be checking in August
