How to get away with infecting others

How is it right for someone who already infected his ex-wife many many years ago with Hep B and put her near death to repeat the process of infecting our +30 year old step daughter.  We had to rush her to the emerg ward as being a recovering alky her liver was already shot.  Near death and in pain the night before, he did NOTHING.  Nothing to notify us of the life threatening situation.  A low life character old enough to be her father; which explains more on her issues.  After a few months of revisiting this, wasn't he vanishing at the time for being afraid of criminal charges being brought?

Well he is back, living off of us a few days of the week, which totally infuriates me.  Makes one wonder too with his character and scum job at a high traffic beach, just how many young innocent girls he has irresponsibly infected  and cared less.  What's the appropiate action to take?  TIA

Is it a criminal offence in the U.K. not to notify the person you are sleeping with, that you have Hep B?

Hello, sorry my english isn't very good. How do you think did he infect your step daughter ? Do you think he knew that he has infected her ? Do you think that your daughter was suffering from an acute hepatitis b infection when you had to bring her to the emergency room ?

Intention to cause grievous bodily harm or equivalent in your country. There have been many HIV cases - successful. It's a criminal offence. It can't bring your daughter back to health but it can help stop him from infecting others.
