How to read this change of lab results?

I was infected HBV a few months ago. I took some examinations two months ago with the results of HBsAg+ and AntiHBc+, and DNA of 2.3+; but yesterday when I felt really painful and sour, along with vomiting and nausea, the results turned to be HBsAg+, AntiHBc+ and AntiHBe+, also DNA rose to 2.8+.

I couldn't understand what situation I am so far and what I need to pay more attention to this annoying disease, since it might be a life long fight.

Thanks for your inputs.

DNA from 2.3million iu/ml (11.5million copies/ml) two months ago to 2.8million iu/ml now;

ALT from 1300 two months ago to 2000 now.

Thank you, Sharp7. Appreciate your reply.

if you were infected just a few months ago, you should also test for IgM anti-HBc. That will tell you if your HepB is new or if you have had it all along and did not know about it (acute vs chronic).

There's more info at http://www.medhelp.org/health_pages/Hepatitis/HepB-Introduction--Welcome-Page/show/34?cid=153

Woopeee....you have my darling friend the IgM antibody!!! That is great it means you are acute and as long as it stays there til you clear the virus you are OK.

Great to know u are acute .. what you can do in the meantime is that you can practise some breathing excercise ( and yoga)  and take a good care of your liver .. to make the virus die an early death
