How to take precaution from getting attacked to HBSaG virus.

Hi,

I have been detected HBSaG positive around 3-4 years back but at that time for some reason i could not take proper treatment but now sometimes i get sever pain in my stomach, joint pain, fever and i have becaome very weak both from health and from outlook, i am worried a lot now.Because of this disease i had to discontinue my studies now because some of the other students came to know about my disease and they are avoiding me. With all this i am very discoraged and very dissapointed with life. Also another question i have is will my disease affect if get married,if yes what will be the impact of this on my marriatal life.

How much impact it will have on my health, will this virus reduce my lifespan? Is there any proper treatment which can help me to lead a life like other healthy person in society.

If anyone can help me on how to cure this disease or atleast how to cotrol this not to proceed further.i will be very thankfull to them.

Now my main concern is i dont want my family memebers get infected by this, coz i have borther working for a software company and if he gets infected with this he may loose his job and get in to so many other problems. So i want to protect my family from getting infected by this vius. Can some sugget me some vaccinations which can be taken by family members to avoid this. (because my family member can't stay away from me)

Please help me,what should i do?

--Costwise, Sebivo is better than other drugs since you get it free.  Potencywise, Entecavir and Tenofovir are more potent.

Guys,

I visted a doctor recently.i need you guys help to decide on whther to go with the treatment my doctor has prescribed.

He has prescribed "Sebivo" for controlling viral load, i am not sure whther its safe to take this tablet. As it is given for free from the hospital. When i checked with doctor she said that this is already avilable in the market and is safe to take.

She has prescribed these tables for six years and i need to go to hospital every 3 months  to collect the tables for the 3 months time period.

Also she suggested to do some research from my side,if i am concerned.

i looked at the review in here :

http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/52574.php

http://chealth.canoe.ca/drug_info_details.asp?channel_id=0&relation_id=0&brand_name_id=4820&page_no=2

but still i am not convienced and not sure whther i have to go with this tablet. I am just giving this a try as the treatment comes for free and i am not in a position to afford expensive treatments.

Please help me,what should i do?

--Depends on her HBsAB status.

3.Is there any treatment English/Homopathy/Ayurvedic which can help me to keep it under control or cure this atleast upto some extent?

2. One of my cousine got married around 1 month ago .He was staying with me before he got married, after he came to know about my disease he got his blood tested ,which came as HBSaG-negative. Do you think even his wife should get her blood tested before they both get vaccinated?

--The test confirms her status.

3.is there any way to know if a person is already vaccinated before he gets vaccinated. If there is no way to know that. Will it be fine if he takes another 3 dose of vaccination in case if he has forgotten or not sure whther he's already vaccinated, does that affect?

first of all, you need to run a complete hepatitis B profile to understand your condition better and know where you stand with this virus. you will need to test for hbsag, hbsab, hbcab, hbeag, hbeab , dna viral load quant. you also need to run a liver panel test for your alt and ast.
that way you will find out what is going on with you.

as for your family member, they need to test themselves to see if they are immuned or not.. if not then a doctor will perscribe a vaccine.. they can go to a health clinic and ask for the vaccination. it is a 3 shot vaccine taken at a span of 6 months.

this virus will not kill you dont worry. having said that, you need to not let it go unchecked.. it wont kill you when you have it monitoroed and controlled but you can not let it go untaken care of. if you are in a need to antiviral treatment, they are available to control the viral replication of this virus and keep it under control. there is no cure at this time for hepatitis B but like i said it is managable when treated and taken care of. so please like i said go for a complete hepB profile check up. this disease when managable will not reduce your life span.. most people go on to live a long normal life

do not discontinue your schooling.. its a bad decision to give into this virus and the fears of living with it.. go about your life as normal as you used to before this became an issue.. as for others avoiding you, it is a personal choice for them to be told or not. if it is a bigger issue than expected for them then you dont need to tell them.. change schools if it is that hard but dont quit school altogether..

in the future, your to be wife needs to know about your condition, it will not effect her life if she gets vaccinated it. she wont get it and it is also safe to have children if she is vaccinated obvioiusly.. kids will get the vaccine as soon as they are born

good luck
